Our macchiatos don’t look picture-perfect because we don’t use chemical powders to stabilise the foam, and there is not enough fat from dairy milk to hold it all together. It is almost always just a botanical + oat milk. But it tastes too good for us to make it any other way.
How to Drink Our Macchiatos
This is not cham. Do not mix it together. Start from the foam, and slowly move your way down. Enjoy each layer of disparate tastes, enjoy the curious crossover between the layers.
