With one hand firmly gripping our heritage, and the other grasping the future: we exist to produce the perfect cup of tea. We distil botanicals where needed. We incorporate local flavours in new, exciting, yet familiar ways through collaboration with renowned mixologists.
We also possess the latest in beverage technology, to ensure consistently high standards in our drinks.

1. SOURCING

We choose our tea and find the right balance are adjusted to get the desired flavour and aroma. We carefully dry the tea leaves to eliminate their moisture content by drying in various levels of hot temperature. Then we remove the leaves from the heat and allow them to cool thoroughly, preserving their captivating flavor and aroma.
Much like our tea, we source straight from the farms as much as possible. This means going on trips to locate suppliers in the mountains and making sure they have the same vision in producing the best possible ingredients.
When we grow our own herbs, it means that we have carefully selected certain cultivars to ensure the best flavours are put in our drinks. This way, we also reduce our carbon footprint. 2-in-1!
2. BLENDING + FIRING

Our blends are unique mixes that will excite and intrigue your tastebuds when you take a sip, all while pampering your body with only the good, healthy stuff. From a young age, members of our family learned to stoke the embers of our perpetual charcoal fires. Nowadays, electric ovens make things simpler but we have not lost the know-how of mastering heat. A mastery that sets us apart and ignites passion within us.
3. DISTILLING BOTANICALS

We extract essential oils and other aromatic compounds from plants for use in perfumes, flavourings, and other applications. The botanicals we want to distil are from flowers, leaves, roots or seeds that are fresh and high quality that will add into the tea leaves.
4. COLD-BREWING & TEA PAIRING
THE FINER TEA-NGS IN LIFE
We cold-brew and rest for 6-8 hours or overnight to allow flavours to develop. Then, we add botanicals to pair with our tea to bring out the best flavours by paying attention to the liquor colour (colour), body (tea thickness) and mouthfeel (taste).
